The Trailside Team is comprised of various professionals who have studied locally, across the country and overseas. We have all come together with a common interest in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. We share a philosophy of ongoing education, and community involvement.

Christina graduated from UBC in 2008 with her Masters in Physical Therapy, after having already earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University in 2005. Christina is currently working towards her certification in Sports Physiotherapy and is also hoping to pursue her acupuncture certification.
Christina has enjoyed volunteering her time as a physiotherapist with the Coquitlam Junior Adanacs lacrosse team, the New Westminster Hyacks Senior Varsity Football team and the United Rugby Club. When she’s playing sports herself, you’ll find Christina either on a volleyball court or on a downhill trail working on her mountain biking skills.
